Summary 

Responsible to shuttle hotel guests safely from and to the hotel and airport by performing the following duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  1. Demonstrates Innisfree Hotels’ culture by creating a fun, happy, and safe work environment. 
  1. Picking up and dropping off guests on time. 
  1. Assists guests with luggage. 
  1. Responds to hotel dispatch. 
  1. Explains features of room such as operation of radio, television, telephone, and in-room movie system, etc. 
  1. Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions. 
  1. Pages guests in lobby, dining rooms, or other parts of property. 
  1. Delivers messages and runs errands. 
  1. Picks up articles for laundry and valet service, and call taxi for guests. 
  1. Transports guests about property or local area in car or van. 
  1.  Keep record of calls for service. 
  1.  Delivers packages, suitcases and trunks, and may set up sample rooms. 
  1.  All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience  

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Language Skills  

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 

Mathematical Skills  

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 

Reasoning Ability  

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
